Beautiful skin means taking care of yourself and putting gut health first. The gut is where the seeds of our health and beauty are planted so make them grow and eat what’s good for your body, drink your water (I personally love red wine as well from time to time haha) and eat your greens fellas – and I don’t mean a boring ‘I’m actually a rabbit and I need salad out of 3 products’ every day or a juice that tastes like you’re already in celery hell..
Do yourself a favour and enjoy a healthy and delicious diet out of products your body loves and needs (and yes that includes fries and pizza from time to time of course).
