I’m in my hometown in Germany since two days and as you can see I’m happy as a clam to see my whole family again! Even though it’s just for a few days the relaxed bavarian flair, the lovely people and my granny’s good food (I had Semmelknödel with Schwammerl aka bread dumplings with mushrooms today) is just what I needed.
And I finally visited the Neuschwanstein Castle & Hohenschwangau Castle with my mom. I drove by at least a hundred times in my life (my hometown is only 20 minutes away and the castles were on the way to my fave snowboard & paraglide spot) but I never managed to stop by and take a look around.
